Without Brett, we would’ve never gotten the house of our dreams. Excellent communication. A great listener. When negotiations were tough on a house we wanted so bad, Brett was able to offer some great advice that I don’t believe we could have done without. Not only is he a person I’ve enjoyed working with, but after working with several other realtors in the last couple years, I can assure you that his wisdom and market awareness are assets you can’t find everywhere.

Brett was awesome to work with. I never bought a house before and he really explained everything so well. He also was willing to go look at houses any time of the day! He was super flexible. He also negotiated very well. We got our asking price and didn’t have to pay closing cost which was a bonus! When I decide to buy another home one day, I will be giving Brett a call again!
